About me
Hi I'm Luisa.
I am a qualified integrative counsellor, and I hold a degree in Psychology with a focus on counselling. I am also a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I offer face-to-face, online, and telephone counselling, providing flexibility to suit your individual needs and lifestyle. Sessions can be adapted between these formats where helpful, allowing us to find what works best for you.
I work with adults experiencing a wide range of difficulties and tailor my approach to meet each person’s individual needs. My aim is to provide a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you feel safe to talk openly and explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
I specialise in supporting individuals who have experienced infant or pregnancy loss, infertility, and pregnancy after loss. I also work with those experiencing menopause issues, as well as individuals who may be affected by someone close to them going through this stage of life.
Alongside these areas, I support clients with a variety of concerns that may be affecting their quality of life, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, struggles with self-image, and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD).
I also have experience working with neurodivergent individuals and am committed to providing an inclusive, understanding environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported.
